Título: Manifolds with conullity at most two as graph manifolds
Resumo: We find necessary and sufficient conditions for a complete Riemannian manifold of finite volume whose curvature tensor has conullity at most 2 to be a geometric graph manifold. In the process, we show that Nomizu's conjecture, well known to be false in general, is true for manifolds with finite volume.

Título: Numerical methods for a diffusion/fractional anti-diffusion equation
Resumo: We consider a nonlocal scalar conservation law proposed by Andrew C. Fowler to describe the dynamics of dunes. This model involves a nonlocal term which can be seen as an anti-diffusive fractional differential operator. We propose numerical schemes based on splitting methods, continuous and discontinuous Galerkin methods to approximate the solutions of this equation. Numerical stability and convergence of these schemes are investigated.
